Jonathane is licensed to practice law in New York, Michigan and Ontario. He attended Michigan State University College of Law from 1995-1998 and became licensed by the state bar of Michigan in 1998. From 1998-1999, he attended Georgetown University Law Centre in Washington DC and obtained an LL.M. in Taxation.

Jonathane began his career at KPMG in 1999, and went on to co-found a cross border law firm in 2003, Juroviesky and Ricci LLP, where he partnered the U.S. side of the law practice for 6 years. This firm practiced heavily in the area of class actions. During this period, Jon was lead counsel in a cross-border securities class action involving Michigan and Ontario (FMF Capital) and was instrumental in achieving a lucrative global settlement for thousands of class members. He also gained experience in many other class action cases including those dealing with consumer products, price fixing and overtime compensation.

Jonathane founded National Class Action Services in 2009 to satisfy the need for comprehensive class action administrative services in Canada. Since that time he has built up a team to assist clients in all aspects of class action claims administration including legal notice development, pre and post settlement administration and class member communications.

Jon's education, experience and grasp of technology have enabled him to assist companies, counsel, administrators, class members and the courts in many facets of class action litigation, administration and settlements.
